In our previous blog, Blog No. 37, we discussed the seventh action item for the Panel of Experts from Industry & Academia (listed in our Blog No. 29, dated as 29th October 2014) – to create an awareness that for Engineering Business “Engineering” is most important and business growth would require an atmosphere of learning, sharing, and exploration.
Let’s think together on the eight action item today – to create a database of the “fountains of inspiration” and facilitate leveraging.
Please refer our Blog No. 11, dated 28th June 2014, in which we talked about the “fountains of inspiration” for the first time (and several times more in subsequent blogs).
Fountains of inspiration – They are living examples of excellence in engineering, with tremendous ability to address engineering challenges as well as to ignite the fire of excellence in others!
We wonder about everything in our lives which appears way beyond our reach – to start with, followed by, often, a slow realization that it is difficult but within reach, and, sometimes, working towards accomplishing the same for ourselves! The key is the change of perception from “impossible” to “possible”, and it’s for this that we need the “fountains of inspiration”…
Hence we need to create a database of the “fountains of inspiration” and facilitate leveraging!
How to go about? As usual we would leave it to the Panel of Experts from Industry & Academia to work out the “how”.
Please share your thoughts – We’ll wait for them as usual…
